For all Greater Toronto families baggage must be dropped off at designated baggage depots. Baggage for out of town campers (Outside of GTA): bring to the buses on departure day.
Baggage Depot: PROMENADE SHOPPING CENTRE – LOT 10 – Enter off Bathurst St. (Due to construction at Yorkdale, this lot is not available this year)
- Baggage Drop-Off is on TUESDAY, JUNE 26, any time between 5:00 pm-7:30pm.
- You can drive close to the truck. Look for a large “Canada Cartage” truck.
Baggage/Camper Travel Requiring Air Transportation:
- Ensure your child travels with a Passport. Please check with your local travel agent AND carrier for the current security and ‘unaccompanied minor’/escort services and/or requirements.
Bus Departure (Thursday, June 28th):
- Location: AMC / Interchange Theatre, parking area (see “Map to AMC Theatre” on Website).
- DO NOT STOP OR PARK IN OUR BUS LOADING AREA! STAY BACK OF THE ORANGE CONES
- Bring your child to the correct bus number (on name tag) and bus counsellors will check them in
- Please arrive 30 minutes before bus departure ~
- We cannot wait for late arrivals!
Buses will depart at 9:30 AM SHARP!
